US PREP - Renewing Educator Preparation

Working with an Education Program involves a lot of data from various research topics that are meant to help improve educator preparedness across the country. With that comes the need to take that data and make it into a more digestible and fun format that both professionals and novices can understand. From conference graphics to complex explanation videos, I’ve done a lot to aid in the presentation of informatics for this company.

US PREP Scale Toolkit

One of my major jobs for US PREP recently was the US PREP Scale Toolkit Video. It was a whiteboard video that was meant to visualize and break down their toolkit for helping universities and teaching programs scale up their programs while ensuring that they produce the most effective and qualified teachers possible. This project introduced a very simply floating head person that carried over from this video across the toolkit in engaging little gifs related to whatever topic that was being covered.

Scavenger Hunt!

One of the fun ways US PREP wanted to do when they were in quarantine and had to do their conventions online through zoom was to have ice breaker activities and something to get their participants minds going. I’ve done two scavenger hunt images for their conventions and it’s some of the most fun I’ve had with them in seeing what I can hide where and if people can figure them out.
